My story
From high school sweethearts to a life built on the Treasure Coast.
Shawn and I have been together since high school. We started dating in 2000, moved to Florida more than 20 years ago, and eventually chose the Treasure Coast as the place to build our life and raise our family.
I did not learn this area from a report. I learned it by living here.
I learned the school routines, the youth sports world, the parks, the neighborhoods, the traffic, the restaurants, and the little details that make a place work or not work for real family life.
That is why real estate feels personal to me. A house is only part of the decision. The bigger question is whether the life around that house feels right.
What I learned by living here

Schools, sports, parks, neighborhoods, traffic, restaurants, community events, and family routines are not background details. They are the life around the home.
I pay attention to the questions that make a move feel calmer: where the week happens, what fees change the payment, what routes feel realistic, and whether the area fits the way you actually live.
How I work
If it feels like I'm not doing anything, I'm probably doing my job right.
A good Realtor should not make every step feel dramatic. My job is to ask the right questions, explain what matters, tell you what I see, and help you move forward without feeling pushed.
